Good location..short drive to Kona..alot of attractions and things to see in area..the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The pool was great! Candi was very accomodating and checked to see if we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!"

"This property is absolutely spectacular! In fact, it's probably one of the best rentals I've ever stayed at (and I've stayed at dozens, if not more than 100), given the incredible view, sunsets , and lovely outdoor living spaces. It's also close to interesting attractions and good snorkeling. And, when I left my Kindle at the rental, the host mailed it back to me and was very friendly about it. Initially I thought the cost was a little steep, but I found it to be worth every penny and overall a good value for the beautiful experience provided. Book this place now - you won't regret it!"

"This is a wonderful place and Elizabeth is very friendly and helpful. Steps from amazing snorkeling and a short drive to the place of refuge and two step. Easy drive up to Kona for nightlife if you’re interested. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are comfortable. Gets hot if there is no breeze but that’s pretty rare and you can always cool off in K Bay!"

"I've travelled a lot over the last 4 decades and Kona Palace has the best view of any property I've stayed in. It is cozy and secluded and it was amazing just to sit on the patio and watch the sun come up from the side of a mountain! The surrounding foliage is beautiful and the accomodations are comfortable. The cherry on top was finding we had a hot tub!"
