Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients. Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully.

Recently stayed at this hotel and would definitely stay again. It was close to the ferry( walking distance) close to shopping, there was grocery stores/shopping near. north beach ( voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world) is walking distance. They have a continental breakfast included which is pretty basic but does the trick. The pool is nice. My room was a bay view and the view was breathtaking. We stayed in a suite and it was beautiful. Everything appeared just as stated in the description. The ENTIRE staff was amazing, Loving and caring. We started March 18-24, 2024. I have no complaints but was asked to leave a review in reference at anythings I thought could help better visitors existence. It was a bit tricky getting into the area. So from the cancun airport you will need to take a taxi or bus to the Puerto Juarez. Then u will need to get a ferry to get to the island with is where the resort is at. But other then that everything else was great.

I really enjoyed my stay here, I was on a solo trip for my birthday and everything was great, service , butler, house keeping, everything was a 10/10 will recommend!

We had an incredible time at the Ixchel Beach house. Emilio and the rest of the team at the restaurant and beach were excellent. We were in room 409 in building two and it was fantastic. Each room is different, so make sure you request a room that has been recently renovated. The area surrounding the hotel come alive at night. Don't forget to try the churros and marquesitas from local street vendors. We really enjoyed our time in Isla Mujeres.

The property is on the quiet end of the island and on a quiet street. We were there in the off-season (Nov) when restaurants close early (6-7pm), so we had to eat early or keep some groceries in the refrigerator. The nearby sushi place, Samura, was open late and wonderful. The Kin Ha resort across the street was a great bonus. Its as pretty as it looks! We enjoyed our family vacation with older boys- ages 12 & 16. The staff is so helpful- Roger, Carlos, and Chris went out of their way to help book excursions or help with any need we had. Book a room with a view! The breakfast included is on the water and is order from a menu and not something small. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and tasted amazing each day. this gorgeous hidden paradise is the perfect short or long get away, the rooms are immaculate, the service and attention to detail are second to none. very knowledgeable staff (JULIAN) of the island. the food is delicious, and the property itself is very beautiful and tranquil. ill stay again and again!!!

This place is amazing if your looking for a quiet romantic spot away from Cancun. The staff is incredibly nice, always available through WhatsApp. Quick and friendly service. The ocean views are beautiful and the sunset is a bonus. The roof top pool is also a great amenity. The fresh squeezed juice and fruit for breakfast gives a refreshing start to the day. Gorgeous new hotel and resort. All of the staff were amazing. We were there 10 days after opening and were aware that staff were being trained and observed to make sure everything they did was just right. A couple of tiny hiccups but nothing that you would not expect

As someone who travels very often and has visited plenty all inclusive properties , me and my family had the best service and experience at the grand palladium. the food , location , and service was all great . First a disclaimer that I do believe that the administration could invest in doing some cosmetic maintenance on the property like refurbishing the pool, redoing some woodwork, and another example my shower head (room 503) needed replacing, It was spraying all cockeyed. Just tucked away far enough from the world to be beyond peaceful, but close enough to get into town. With a bus stop literally at your door. This old school Mexican. So don’t come here looking for fake skyscraper hotels and pools full of thousands of people. Here it’s all about the best sunsets and chill vibes

Staff was very friendly, room was super clean and comfortable. Hotel is small and private so our stay was pleasant. I recommend this hotel and will definately consider staying here next time I travel to Isla Mujeres.

They have the best sunset views! Amazing beach access, very clean and calm. Hands down, the best place in Playa Norte.
