This place is everything that is good. View of the sea, you leave the hotel and you are next to the beach. It includes umbrellas and that is excellent. It also has a restaurant where I tried some of the most delicious food. Without a doubt I would return.

Loved the location!! Right on the most beautiful (imo) beach on the island. Spectacular sunset views. Room is very basic, but clean & comfortable- bed & pillows could be more comfortable- but not terrible. WiFi signal not good in the room. Often no signal at all, better on the balcony. Continental breakfast was toast, fruit, coffee, & juice for 5 days - Today it was eggs & toast? We were told day one that we had to rent chairs - so we went to the Mayan beach club (was a better deal- same beach). Then day 2 - when I asked again how much for chairs - was told they’re complimentary for hotel guests. Hotel is no frills - BUT, good value- nice & clean - and cannot beat the location! Could walk either direction on the beach and easy walk to ferry terminal, restaurants, & shopping. We would stay again!! For reference we were in the older part of the complex, basic king room.

It was noisy at night with the golf carts and then drunk people were being loud and knocking on doors. The grounds were dirty.

On the North beach, fantastic view. Clean, reasonably priced, good water pressure, easy going and friendly staff. Approx. 15 min walk from the ferry terminal. Small tv, need to bring your own HDMI cable if you want to watch Netflix…etc. Just a warning not quiet until approx. 2am, as the bars/beach clubs don’t close until late. Close to all restaurants and amenities.

It's literally on the beach, best location on the island, facility is outdated, but everything works. - bed in the small room is really uncomfortable, probably an old couch - no ac in the small room, Only fan that is too noisy and dirty.

Everyone was very helpful there I have bad knees but they help me with my water and everything and bags. Very nice people and good service. Beautiful views and the sound of the waves was just a Plus on top of everything
