"I really enjoyed my stay here.. met all my expectations. Wasn't until the last couple days I ordered food to back to my room at the food truck by the pool and was left highly disappointed... if I ate near the pool and not packaged to go the food portions were appropriate.. otherwise i felt completely ripped off. Don't want to punish the resort for a couple few bad actors that seem to have a chip on their shoulder. Ordered food on 6/2 @ 11:30am."

"We stayed in the Ocean Tower great views but far away from the main pool and slide and dolphin experience area. Be prepared to walk a lot at this resort there is a tram but not reliable on their timing. NUI restaurant was good we had a party of 11 for dinner everyone was happy with their meal choices. The 1 bedroom unit we stayed in was in the older section and needs to be upgraded which is scheduled later this year. Be aware that parking is $50 a day and the room taxes and resort fee is almost another $100 a day"

"The staff keep bugging us to do a time share even when we clearly stated we didn't want to. Everytime we went up to the desk for more amenities they would give us a speach about the time share ultimately leaving a sour taste in our mouths. They also called in the middle of our trip to try and get us to do the time share after many time of us saying no."
