「立地が良く、スタッフの対応も良かった。16時前に到着しても、チェックイン出来た。」

「The staff, room and bar were excellent. This is a historical hotel and it’s beautiful… Bed/bedding was wonderful and would’ve loved to stay past check out time bc the bed was that comfy. Great amenities here. Great historic hotel that should be awarded every star rating. 」

「I chose this hotel because of good reviews of its clean rooms and good breakfast. However it is not so. There was no person at the reception and a note is posted on the counter when I arrived. I could not have breakfast due to our early flight. I had told that fact one day before on the phone but they didn’t offer anything instead. Does it mean we should not believe reviews? Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing. Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly. 」
