「Hotel itself was fine. Floors in our room were a little gritty to the point where I noticed dirt accumulating in the corners and I needed to clean my feet off before putting my socks on. My biggest complaint was after paying $250 for one night, we were billed another $14 for “amenities” at check out. What amenities??? We were here a grand total of 15 hours and there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in our room??! 」

「Hidden gem. Clean, quiet, a little older but still nice. Breakfast was good, staff friendly. It’s next to Dave and Buster and close to St Charles but is in an office park so it’s a little different.」

「Everything was really good up on checking in and checking out. The rooms were clean. The staff were very polite and understandable. My granddaughter loves the pool, which was nice and clean as well. That’s what I love. Also, is that the rooms if you’re hot, the AC will cool you up real quickly and if you’re cold, the heat works wonderfully. The staff was really great, especially the manager. 「Today was horrible. I have videos and recordings of the trash behind my television, but I’m a nice nightstand. There was a bug looking in our sheets with our sheets out. And the staff once I told him about it, it was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「I booked rooms with 2 queen beds for which I received a confirmation. But I checked In, was given rooms with only 1 queen bed . There was a sofa bed which was terrible and can’t be slept in. The carpet was really old and musty and the hallways smelled bad. This hotel needs serious renovation and immediately!」

「The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, absolutely disgusting. Hair in the bedsheets, blood stains in the carpet, outlets missing covers, dresser with missing shelf! DO NOT STAY 」

「Front desk didn’t know what they were doing. Our keys wouldn’t work when we came back to the hotel. We were locked out of our room for over and hour because there was no one working the front desk at night.」

「I was disappointed at two things. 1. There is no refrigerator in the room. 2. There was no advertisements of the hotel pick- up service(shuttle bus service) dial number near the baggage service area. So I had to call to hotel with using my mobile. Since our room was next to elevator, noise of elevators interrupted our sleep often.」
