「Great hotel for the hockey tournament... very nice staff... great location. The air quality was poor nearing the casino and awful inside... otherwise a great stay」

「The eggs were very dry, the potatoes were cold. There was blood on the wall by bathroom, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. And wasn't able to take a bath there was no plug. 」

「My stay was really good, better than expected. The staff member that checked me in was great. The room was very clean with the exception of a little dust. My only issue with the room was the shower drain was very slow, so I had to stand in a water as if I was taking a sit down bath. Outside of that, stay was great. 」

「The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and had a variety of food. Our suite was very clean and spacious for our family of 4 for a 3 day weekend. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Reception/Guest Services were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. It was within 20-25 minutes of the zoo, union station and the downtown and within minutes of the Westport Plaza....

「This was basically a homeless camp. Strong smell of weed everywhere. Not safe.」

「Phenomenal staff, the warm cookie each evening is a nice touch. The rooms themselves are rather dated, even the television sets are smaller (42”) outdated LCD panels. I understand that they work, but you will need to bring your own device. One central microwave is available in the business center downstairs, but there’s no way to know that. Having said that, the bar and food is really good! And again, I can’t speak highly enough about the staff.」

「They ran out of food the second day of our stay. Our TV never worked for the three days we were there. Hallways smelled like weed. Walls were so thin we could hear people’s conversations and phones vibrating. They also charge $10 a day for parking. Did not find staff friendly either. Felt like a bother. Will not return. 」

「I was disappointed at two things. 1. There is no refrigerator in the room. 2. There was no advertisements of the hotel pick- up service(shuttle bus service) dial number near the baggage service area. So I had to call to hotel with using my mobile. Since our room was next to elevator, noise of elevators interrupted our sleep often.」

「The entire property and room smelled of all kinds of smoke. Stains and hair everywhere, barely cleaned. Trash littered everywhere in and around the property」

「Stayed there 2 nights we had people knocking on door someone tried to open the door to our room. 」

「Main door was jammed and other entrance remained propped open not the best secure feeling when you have children. The door for our room had to be pulled up on just to latch, the oull out bed had crumbs and who knows what else in it. The kitchen counter was fallin apart food was splattered on the wall. I mean really the list goes on. 」

「This is a clean, safe, well run and well-maintained property. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They clearly enjoy their jobs and it showed! Pet friendly. I will definitely stay at this property the next time I am in the area!」
