「The parking was terrible. They charged us $10 for parking when we told them we had a car, yet didn't provide us with a parking space. There was a wedding and there was no place to park. The AC unit was so loud in the room that I woke up every time it kicked on thinking it was a truck going up a hill. The bed was also squeaky. AND NO REFRIDGERATOR IN THE ROOM. 「When I walked into the property, the young lady was lent over-the-counter. Can I help you with an attitude then she said I don’t know how you were able to even book we overbooked. We tried to call you, but we didn’t have a number on file. I had a real nasty attitude and told me to go to another hotel. 」

「It was a great affordable place to sleep. It was clean, the floors are not carpeted so that adds to the clean factor but nose reduction was not great. Any and every nose in the hall could be heard in our room. Amenities were limited, no shampoo or conditioner provided in the room. Not a big deal for most just something to consider when staying.」

The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. 「The hotel room was not updated. Some furiture was in need of repair. The bed was the worse bed I have had while staying at a hotel. The restaurants were very good though. The coffee cafe place needs help with their quality of food and service, but its not bad. The casino area was great. I was really disappointed that the room did not have a microwave, but it did have a fridge and coffee maker. Don’t plan on saving food for the next day, you have no way of heating it up.
