"Room and hotel was nice overall. Lady at front desk on 6/5/2026 and 6/6/2026 was very rude. Was verbally and visually upset when we asked questions, would not refill water in lobby, only offered room temp water bottle. She clearly did not want to work there, and could care less about guests."
