「Breakfast was good the first day, next day it wasn't as good. Breakfast staff was very nice & personable.」

Refused to turn it on. Stayed there due to cost savings. I'll stay in Edwardsville next time and deal with extra driving. The location has to be renovated or they will be able to sell rooms by the hour. Their HQ leaders would never allow their family members to stay at this location. Guests...

「Parking was easy. It was messy but right now they are going through major renovation. Pool was open and warm so that was nice. And extremely convenient there’s a restaurant attached, they delivered our food to our room. 」

「SUCH a clean room. As a clean freak myself, I was delightfully surprised at how clean the room was. Upon entering, it smelled wonderfully fresh, and everything was spotless. There was a Dairy Queen right across the parking lot and a small bar across the street. I did not visit either of those, but it was good to know those quick options were available. I was passing through on a long trip and was looking for a place that was safe, clean, and dog-friendly, and this fit perfectly. 」

「Pool broken and closed down. Room smelt like a whole pack of cigarettes had just been smoked in the room 5 minutes before we checked into the room. Whirlpool in the room was filthy. Bedding is paper thin and the two pillows they have on the bed are flat as can be. 」

「Hotel was welcoming, pool was nice for kids, meals were provided and access to highway was very good. Staff was excellent and helpful」

「Our electricity went out in the bathroom, and t.v. They tried to fix it but they couldn’t figure out what the problem came from. They put extension cord for the t.v. To a different outlet, and another extension cord for a lamp that was put into the bathroom. They did offered to put us up in another hotel, but we had family members in another room so we chose to stay at the Red Roof. Because we chose to stay they did refund our room, which was very nice of them to do so. 」

「The room is a get way you pay for.. It felt really D.I.Y. for everything. I let the front desk know after we checked in that the bathroom sink was leaking. They said they couldn't get anyone there until the next morning, but nobody ever showed for the entire stay. We had to keep it cleaned up with a bucket underneath. They told us they had nowhere else to put us either, which seemed odd as there was hardly anyone there and not hardly any cars either… Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. I...

「The room was misding a few towels and water glasses and had no coffeemaker. The continental breakfast area had tea bags but no hot wster The fire doors that have a sign on them saying Keep shut-were never shut. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the staff were hoid. 」

「The room was clean, bathroom needed a remodel. Hole in shower wall- toilet didn’t flush properly- fan loud. Breakfast was more of a grab and go - not much to offer. Good location- right off interstate - 15 min to downtown St Louis. Pool looked great but said it was out of service. Overall served its purpose for driving thru area. 」
