「While our room was clean and comfortable, A/C worked great, the shower needed some bleach work, door track was black and floor pan of shower was orange in spots. We checked in on a Thursday, kids used pool, Friday someone apparently barged in pool. We were told pool had to be drained, cleaned, refilled. Next 3 days, we never saw any of this being done. VERY DISSAPPOINTING as now the kids couldn't swim, 98° outside!!! A very faint apology with no amends from staff.」
