Excellent hotel we were there for new edition concert and so was the Ne crew for tour, good cafe but everyone wanted a latte. The gym was really good and poll also only issue I had was no attendant in this space early in the morning for towels and turn steam room on…. I needed a steam otherwise excellent hotel.

Second time I've stayed, and the last! First time room was super dirty, same goes the second. Gross orange mold in the comers of the shower. Waited 2 hours past our 4:00 check-in for our rooms, not a 'sorry' or any kind of comp. Valet tried to charge me for a two day stay as well. Took three days to get a refund. Cool hotel, lousy management.

The staff was very helpful and nice ! My stay was ok. The bathroom was not cleaned properly as there was a lot of hair on the floor and a few in the shower. The air quality of the room was very muggy. The gym was very nice with new equipment.

Arrived to an overcrowded lobby, with no luggage carts, and one broken elevator. Asked the front desk to send up wine glasses, they agreed and never did. Shower was full of scum, tiles were stained, one of the soap dispensers was ripped off the wall, and the shower leaked on the floor. We ordered food in, and nobody was at the desk to give it to us when I went down. In the morning, something exploded outside at 7am, and then there was a bunch of yelling. The cops showed up later to deal with it. When I asked for a 1 hour later check out, the front desk said no. The hallways have been spot painted hundreds of times, and need to be repainted. We paid $450 and stayed on the top floor in a King suite. This hotel is over priced, oversold, and doesn't meet basic expectations of a basic hotel stay. I would not stay here again.

The gym was fantastic and so was the museum. Our room had a musty odor to it and we couldn’t connect the tv to the Google apps. Other than that it was great. I wouldn’t stay here with very young kids because of the art they’ll be tempted to touch and deep pool where people are trying to swim laps.

Traveled with a toddler and met our needs. Had a king room and liked it had a big storage closet so our stuff wasn’t all over the room. Only complaints was the fridge was small and there wasn’t an ice machine. I was able to go down to the desk and they got some from the restaurant but I needed more for my cooler and would have preferred to be able to fill it up myself. It was nice to have a water bottle filling machine in the hall. Also didn’t have a microwave but that wasn’t a big deal. I enjoyed going through the art gallery. The pool area was awesome and a big hit for my toddler. The hot tub was a good temperature too. Both weren’t overly chlorinated. There were two steam rooms and work out rooms. Parking was easy enough. Definitely a plus for those looking for a place with a pool. Staff was friendly and the entire hotel felt clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved receiving the tour of the current art show! A must in my opinion. Loved Idol Wolf and Good Press for breakfast or happy hour. Wish they offered more than massage services in the spa though. If you prefer getting around town on foot or public transportation, I probably wouldn’t choose this location.

Staff was great. Lobby area was great. As far as my room there could have been some improvements. Looking at it briefly it’s looked nice however after actually staying in it there were def some issues. The shower door didn’t close all the way. There was lots of stains throughout the room on the rug, curtains, and the wall as if something splattered in numerous spots.
