"Perfect location and most certainly made my guest and I feel safe at all times. The room was in excellent condition with far more accommodations then ever imagined. The TV was personalized when we arrived in the room which added a nice touch for us during our stay. The staff was super helpful with all of our needs and joined in conversation each time we spoke. "I would have given it 5 stars except for one thing. There was no television service one night. I was told by the front desk that it was due to cloud cover. (There was no interruption in service the previous day despite vicious storms.) There was still no service the next day, but I was checking out. "We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk personnel and the parking attendants were very helpful and friendly. The only negative is there is no room service. I know this is customary these days. We don’t mind actually except, the trash cans were tiny so filled up very fast. They had already given us two sets of towels, which was nice. Great location. Parking included. I would stay again. "

"Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
