「Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.」

「Room was good size, bed was comfortable, bathroom was older and things looked as such. Shower was ok.」

「Everything was good except the breakfast. The food wasn’t very hot. It wasn’t the best tasting either. I wasn’t impressed by it. But everything else was good.」

「Continental breakfast was horrible. Waffles, toast ,bagels, cereal, and Swiss rolls were there and that’s it. No plates to put “food” on. No protein or fruit available. Not even peanut butter for some type of protein. When we checked out there was a video kiosk to check out at. Nobody was at the front desk. The only plus was that the room was clean. Not even an ice machine on premises but they give you an ice bucket? Never will I stay there again.」

「All I wanted to do was shower and the shower didn’t work and the staff acted like it didn’t matter.」

「Clean, safe property. The parking was easy. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful.」

「Upon arriving I was greeted with great hospitality by Roxanne . The room was extremely clean in every aspect. The happy hour was phenomenal. I will always choose Drury Inn in Collinsville to stay, and I will also recommend for others to stay at this location.」

「The gentleman checking us in and the one checking us out were both very friendly and welcoming, plus the one checking us in was very helpful telling us about the facility we didn’t need to ask any questions… property was very bright and clean and safe. Also appeared to have been updated in the last few years, no dingy poorly lit hallways, everything well maintained, room was very spacious and clean」

「The location is good, because there are many restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel is not bad, but not so good.」
