First room couldn’t get door open - switched to another room - door opened no problem. Got dressed and left to attend wedding - returned only to be unable to get into our room - card didn’t work. Back to front desk - cards remade and then was able to get into room. Staff was very friendly and helpful just slight frustration with rooms.

Very clean, close to shopping and food. Room was comfortable. Great price and the front desk service was top notch. I’ve stayed here the last two times I’ve come to Alton and it is my go to Hotel now!

I have stayed at this location many times. They added the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower which is a great improvement that I appreciate. The breakfast is also the best in the area. Recommend this location.
