"The room was dirty and not comfortable. The bed only had one pillow and a super hard head board that you keep hitting your head on during the night. The pillow was not comfortable and felt like it held in heat. The area did not feel safe. I had one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had at a hotel. We booked the room for 2 nights and ended up checking out the very next morning and not even staying. We went and booked at a different hotel instead and just sucked up the cost on this one just to get out of there. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate and have no other options. "

"Great meal in the steak house. Best ever. The water heater attached to the bathtub does not produce water hot enough for a bath. Room 920. WE wish the pool would stay open longer. WE always use the hot tub on every visit. Please fix the outdoor hot tub. Please, please, please. "

"Staff was fine, the mattress was harder than the floor! And feather pillows? They are crap! I use to manage a hotel, the ONE thing every guest expects, is a comfortable bed and pillows. Nothing else really matters. Very diapppointed, will not recommend. No apology for my painful and sleepless night. The little sofa in the room, was more comfortable than the bed!. "
