I liked that it wasn’t in a bad area but I didn’t like that the rooms stink, the sheets and blankets had stains all over, and breakfast was hard and when I say that I mean that biscuits were hard as a rock and we ended up not eating anything and we to get breakfast somewhere else other then that the pool was nice and so was the hot tub

The hot tub was a cold plunge which was disappointing. Breakfast was fantastic. The entire team helped get it out and refilled. Everyone worked to make sure breakfast was served.

The room was clean and the shower water was hot. Breakfast was the bare minimum, so we went next door to Cracker Barrel to eat instead. The pool and hot tub were both open and busy. Overall pleased with our stay.

Very impressed with this hotel. I believe for the price of a room lately it should be a nice stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. My only negative was the air conditioning units were pretty loud and in need of an update. We had two rooms and both had the same problem.

Overall they stay wasn't too bad. The lady who helped us when we checked in was very nice and made check in quick and simple. Hot tub wasn't very clean and was colder than the pool water. The mini fridge stayed room temperature at the best even after being turned down. Location worked well as it was close to most malls or attractions in the st louis area.

Had a fantastic stay at Heritage Inn and Suites in Fenton! The hotel was clean, quiet, and extremely safe for a solo female traveler—plus, the bed was so comfortable I slept 8.5 hours straight. The staff was super friendly, the water pressure was great, and the hot breakfast of biscuits, sausage, gravy and scrambled eggs was delicious!
