"Stood for almost a week, the last week of February 19-26 and the place was amazing. About 15 min from the airport if you book private shuttle, to enter the hotel is like a 10 minute ride through mangroves but very peaceful. The food was very good, so many options and unlimited amounts of food. The room was very clean and they kept it clean everyday. Room service was pretty good for such a huge resort and the amount of people checked in. The lobby was super chill and had so much room to sit and have a few drinks which were DELICIOUS. The pool was very nice and the churrería behind the pool was a hit with the kids and us…ice cream, donuts, cake slices and churros. The best part of it was the service. The people working were always so courteous. Be kind when you visit! They work very hard. "

"Un hotel que sin dudas volveria! Mejor aun de lo que se ve en las fotos. Se destaca por las hermosas visuales y la gran amabilidad de todas las personas que trabajan alli. Las actividades son muy buenas y variadas. Hay multiples opciones para todas las edades. La comida es un 10, super variada, rica, y abundante, hay para todos los gustos. Las habitaciones muy comodas tambien. Lo univo que no es tan bueno es la playa."

"Everything was Great. Staff was amazing! I forget this guy’s name he made us drinks and he was serving drinks at night on feb 24. He is such a sweet person! We wanted to say by before we leave but i guess opposite shift!! The front desk crew was so sweet!! Every-time we needed something it was delivered in room pretty fast!"

"Comfortable, Spacious Rooms Our room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The balcony space was a nice bonus, and the in-room amenities were thoughtfully stocked. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and everything felt fresh and well cared for throughout our stay. Strong Dining Options One of the highlights was the variety of restaurants. With multiple cuisines available, it never felt repetitive, even over several days. The quality of the food was consistently good, and the service in the restaurants was attentive without feeling overbearing.
