When I arrived there was mould around base of shower so I put bleach on it and cleaned it, This should have been done by cleaner. The electric shower needs replaced as its intermittent. Super friendly staff from the moment we walked in, nothing was too much trouble, they are genuinely invested in making each and every guest feel valued and welcome.
