The property is located within walking distance to lots of restaurants, boutiques and to the tourist attractions places to visit. The property was centralized to many things and the staff was great. The only issue was they were updating the room next to us so was a little noisy early in the morning. But not really an issue.

Ok accommodation good location

Room was ok location is great but the overall facilities are ok no dishwasher no laundry no iron etc. It looks like a hotel but it is not, just a few appartments scattered in a larger building. Wouldn't return better can be booked for the price.

Very clean apartment and well maintained. We were surprised at how nice the place is. The pictures when we book did not do the place justice. Absolutely coming back here and recommending to people around me. The staff are friendly and the communication started even before we arrived to help us find the place. Even a detailed video of how to get there and how to find the property.

With the exception of misrepresentation of the 2 queen beds and what is a twin size bed for the family suite, I was quite impressed with our stay for a family of 5. The description should have read 1 queen bed in bedroom, pullout queen sofa bed and 1 twin size cot. Its proximity to everything couldn’t be any better. The staff was courteous and accommodating.

Not a fancy place but very comfortable and nice located near the Trevi fountain . . What I did I not understand was I put 4 guest and they charge me for one extra guest , even though they put the price for 4 and they had two double beds in the apartament .

Not one to share reviews, but truly this place deserved one. We are a group of 5 girls doing a 2 week trip around Europe. We have been to 5 different countries, with Italy being our last stop. We have done Airbnb’s, hotels, you name it. When we got to Rome and checked into this hotel, we were able to store our luggage securely, the women gave us an entire map with areas to look at, restaurant recommendations, etc. You are central to everything in terms of location. When we we able to get in our room, it was so clean, the beds were the most comfortable we have had, a Dyson hair dryer, great water pressure, AC, etc!! We were sad to leave because none of our experiences have been as great as with this hotel. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in Rome.

This hotel is essentially several apartments in various buildings. The office is staffed by 4 managers, sometimes nobody is in office, so you may have to wait for 15-30 minutes. I communicate with them mainly via WhatsApp. My room is quiet and spacious. Some areas of the hardwood floor are bulging up, could be due to past flooding events, but they really should fix it as it can easily trip a less abled person. The furniture is minimal but it has the basic amenities. No kitchen towel and no tissue box though. It can get cold at night in Nov. but AC doesn’t provide hot air yet. I was told that Rome hasn’t allowed it for the season yet. But a small space heater was provided and extra blankets provided too. Some office managers are more friendly and helpful than others. This small hotel is ranked above average for me personally.

Close to key attractions

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay in Rome. The apartment was exceptionally modern, very clean, and spacious—perfect for our group. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon. We would happily recommend it to others visiting Rome.

The concierge that checked us in was amazing and very helpful. Just realized that this is more like an apartment and not a hotel. There is not service for bringing towels or toilet paper after hours.

Great place for a family!!

We had a wonderful experience with our stay at Oriana Hotel. A good location, although a bit of a walk from the train station. Large, comfortable beds were especially appreciated, and the Dyson hair dryer with attachments was an unexpected bonus! Keeping the doors to the kitchen & bathroom closed helped with keeping the other rooms cool, as did making sure the blackout drapes weren’t covering up the air conditioning units. Early check-in wasn’t an option, so perhaps next time we would pay for the night before our arrival so we can check in upon arrival in the morning. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Family stay with three teenagers. The apartment location could not be any better. A lot of the touristic highlights are within walking distances.
