"This was the second time we stayed at this property, and we absolutely love it. It was recently updated, and is very nice. The house is good, but the beach is most excellent! We love the fact that it is very quiet with a private gated community, and gated beach. There is so much to do in Puerto Rico, but this time we mostly just enjoyed the beach and the beautiful views. The host was very responsive prior to check-in, during check-in, and followed up after. The only thing we could ask for is if we were able to stay longer! We will be back again for sure. The only downside was there was a lot of seaweed this time, but that is part of the “natural” of the beach."

"How can I explain the most memorable stay that we had at La Casa Amapola! Such an amazing experience. The views the property the attention to detail. Stunning. The Host Jose was amazing and so fast at responding regardless of the time of day which we appreciate. The pool was so amazing and relaxing after a long day exploring PR. All the amenities at the house are everything you need. The kitchen which we loved cooking an and making our family dinners. The beach being so close and near and our everyday go to spot in the morning. The view from the balcony to hear the waves of the beach. I sincerely cannot wait to come back and have the opportunity to visit and stay here. So close to San Juan only one hour away!!! It was so convenient. The gated neighborhood was amazing the neighbors are so sweet and friendly! The rooms are so spacious and comfortable and had everything to make your stay comfortable."

"Overall, I'd rate our stay 4 out of 5 stars. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and worked very well for our family of five. The fully equipped kitchen was exactly as advertised, which was important since we planned to cook during our stay. The dishwasher worked perfectly, and having hot water gave us peace of mind when washing dishes. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was great for traveling with teenagers. We also loved the balcony—it was clean, quiet, and the perfect place to enjoy coffee every morning. The pool was never overcrowded, and the overall atmosphere of the property was peaceful and relaxing. Our biggest issue was maintenance. We discovered that the kitchen sink was leaking underneath the cabinet after using it throughout the day. Judging by the condition inside the cabinet, it appeared this may have been an ongoing problem. We contacted the front desk several times, and although maintenance eventually came, the leak was never actually fixed. We ended up improvising a way to catch the water ourselves. Our first impression during check-in also wasn't the best. The front desk staff didn't seem particularly welcoming, and that set the tone for the arrival experience. Private parking is available for $25 per night, but it's located quite far from the villas. With better preventive maintenance and more consistent customer service, this could easily be an excellent place to stay. We'd consider returning and hope to see those improvements in the future."

"We had an amazing stay in Puerto Rico. This house was exactly as advertised, It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and when we were done at the beach to hit the private pool. The house was definitely big enough for the 9 of us. We spent a lot of time around the huge kitchen table playing games. The ocean breeze kept us cool throughout the day. Would highly recommend!"

"Had the best time. This house was perfect in every way. Nice and cool inside. Beautiful beach right in the backyard. The pool was so clean. House smelled fresh and clean. And the host went above and beyond to make sure we knew where we were going, made sure we got in ok, excellent communication. They have a list of any numbers u might need. Local places to eat, places to shop. Different things to do in the area. We had a great honeymoon this house definitely gives u100 percent privacy and freedom to enjoy the home without micromanaging. Clear rules listed. Puzzles books. All the streaming apps. All the appliances u could need. U just need groceries and your set! Beds were super comfortable the room was soooo peaceful to sleep in. The cleanliness 10/10. Bathrooms clean. Towels available. No bugs everything you need is here. Plus a surf beach and other beaches all within ten min drive down the road! The decor and amenities 10/10. The host and his grounds keeper genuine honest caring people and we can’t thank them enough for allowing us to vacation here. quiet private stay. and the way he maintains his property were to get groceries and recommended a cool snorkeling spot where I saw a sea turtle."

"Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there. Never felt stranded or unsure about anything."

"Beautiful property and the space was very clean! Our family of 5 had more than enough space and were so grateful we found this home to stay in. We were about 30-45 minutes away from just about everything we wanted to do to explore Puerto Rico and the property itself was great for a day just to hang around and enjoy the pool! The host communicated with us quickly regarding any questions and we highly recommend this property. We can’t wait to come back!"
