"The food was excellent at every venue. The hotel was A+ across the board, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and outstanding service."

"When we arrived we ask for an upgrade and they said ok and sent us to the worst room available. On our first day the fan in the bathroom was making a screeching sound &our bed sheets were dirty and stained. We had to wait and were an hour late to meet with our friends for dinner. The second day we were getting ready and they shut the water off on us with no warning and made us late again for our plans. We didn’t have an extra fridge in our room and we had to remove items from the mini fridge in order to place our beverages in there and when checking out there was a charge for removing items from fridge, Plus we had ask for a cooler to put my diabetes medicine they never brought it but did charge us for it. They were very kind and did remove the charges. But I think because we book through Expedia that’s why we got stuck with a crappy room my friends book directly with MGM and they got new room close to elevator we got stuck in the twilight zone room 500. We were so far from elevator that the carpet changed lol. It was like we step into the 1900 lol. Don’t ask for upgrade we ask the staff and they said these are the worst rooms there."

"When I checked into my room, upon quick inspection, I discovered human feces by the toilet. I immediateley got the housekeeper who was cleaning the next room, showed her and she promptly disinfected the area. Over the course of the first hour, i discovered stains and a hair on the couch, smears on the mirrors and crumbs on the table. I asked for a room change and some sort of compensation and the gave me a free buffet and sent me over to the Wynn because they didn't have any more rooms in Encore. When I got to Wynn and checked in my room key didn't work and had to go back to a very nice agent who apologized then upgraded my room. I've been staying at the resort since 2006 but they've seem to have lost the cleanliness and professionalism that they once had. "

"The Signature Hotel stay was absolutely superb; the professionalism of the staff; the valet to hotel house keeping, including the maintenance staff. I would recommend a hotel stay at “ The Signature” with five stars on every level."

"Do not stay here if you are not a time share holder! You are treated like second class guests. Charles at the front desk was very rude when checking us in because we weren’t time share holders. He made the process difficult and unsatisfactory. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this!"

"I wil lbe back!! That should say enough! Only issues we had the whole 10 days we were there is the parking, and its not the hotel thats in charge of the parking. In the end i was refunded the $56 US charges I was charged, but i was told no the first time, and then I complained more, and finally was refunded. One other complaint was, this was one of the timeshare hotels, and they were EVERYWHERE! offering free this and that. Because i was with my daughter and not my husband I wasnt allowed to get any deals. The lady actually gave attitude to the other employee that brought us to th ecounter and yelled "She is MARRIED and her husbands IS NOT HERE WITH HER!!" she then slammed down a free comedy club card and said "here, thats all you get!!" i was confused at first (this was as soon as we got there and had no clue who these people were, i was asking the one woman about a cirque show when she scooped us over to that counter) and asked her "What do you mean? so, if i was married and my husband was here, what would i get??" She abruptly said " you would of gotten over $700 worth of stuff!!" with a tone like basically telling me to go away, you are nothing to me! Great start eh? Was very upsetting at the time, but now that I educated myself once getting to the room and googling it, lol, I am now aware of who these people are and stay as far away from them that i can! Pool was amazing, room was top notch with amazing views"

"Si quieren lujo, no es una opción es como un departamento es cómodo pero antiguo y por el precio que nosotros lo agarramos en ese entonces está bien es la verdad pues fue lo básica servicio el casino es muy chiquito pero como les digo por el precio está muy bien"
