"When I checked into my room, upon quick inspection, I discovered human feces by the toilet. I immediateley got the housekeeper who was cleaning the next room, showed her and she promptly disinfected the area. Over the course of the first hour, i discovered stains and a hair on the couch, smears on the mirrors and crumbs on the table. I asked for a room change and some sort of compensation and the gave me a free buffet and sent me over to the Wynn because they didn't have any more rooms in Encore. When I got to Wynn and checked in my room key didn't work and had to go back to a very nice agent who apologized then upgraded my room. I've been staying at the resort since 2006 but they've seem to have lost the cleanliness and professionalism that they once had. "

"Do not stay here if you are not a time share holder! You are treated like second class guests. Charles at the front desk was very rude when checking us in because we weren’t time share holders. He made the process difficult and unsatisfactory. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this!"
