"It was an amazing experience , Front desk personnel was very customer friendly . Room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable. I enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi, so relaxing after a hard day seeing many patients at work. The jets weren’t working , but just soaking was good enough for me. Because of cleanliness, comfortability , friendliness I still gave 5 stars , even though the jets in the jacuzzi were non- functional. "The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Service was great. Outside hotel on the street is dirty but found most of the NYC area around Times Square like that. We got vouchers for breakfast for several places but Carve deli was the best. Good food , quick service and always so busy. They could use a little bit more seating as we had to take our breakfasts back to hotel and eat in lobby. "
