「Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day」

「The people who work there are so great and kind. It is a really nice location - although the beach down on the left is much calmer. The hotel itself is sufficient. It's tidy and has some amenities. It definitely could use some updating such as new comforters/bed covers. Our curtains had holes in them... the bed was pretty comfortable. 「Room was clean. Convenient to beach...about a ten min walk.. 24 hr grocery store right across the street. Casinos were about a 15 min walk (if you’re into that). Only issue I had was that there was no hot water for the three days that I was there, so cold showers it was.」

「If I could give this place zero stars I would. Man knocking on my door claiming he was maintenance at 11pm at night. No peephole on door to see to see who it was. I yelled through door we did not ask for maintenance. We did not feel safe. I told 3 different people who worked at property and left the next morning- no refund of nights I didn't stay. 「Noisy, granola bars with coffee for the price of this hotel was shameful. The common area was sparce-patio tables and a few unbrellas indoors. Too much traffic, construction, loud people but I guess that's what you get for staying in the center of Old San Juan. Will not recommend this property to anyone who wishes a decent nights sleep. Very disappointing for the end of a good trip.Should have expected and done more research. 」
