Localite tres bien, bord de plage et restos… Si pour mini sejours, 2 ou 3 jours c est ok, sinon trop petit et pas aere car pas de fenetre. Juste la clim.

This property was cute and simple. It had keyless entry to the property and room. My room was small but I travelled solo so big enough for me. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. The property had a shared kitchen area with full size fridge and they also provided outdoor shower, beach chairs, beach towels, and sunscreen to borrow if you run out of your own. Staff member Patrick was super helpful and answered all my questions. This property was a quick 3 block walk to the beach and near a great restaurant called Pirilo. If you are looking for a simple place to stay to shower and sleep near the beach i recommend it.

The hotel is a little outside the tourist area but it's easy to find and there's parking available. I was looking for a relaxing time and this fit my trip perfectly. It's a short walk to the beach, they offer complimentary beach chairs and have an outdoor shower to rinse off. The rooms are clean, the bed was spacious and the toiletries were great. I would 100% stay here again.

The proximity to the beach and restaurants was great. We stayed 1night and didnt get to use all the amenities but everything seemed to be well tought of. The bedroom was confortable.

Patrick was a gracious and helpful host. Easy entry to property with keypad at front door and at our room. My husband, son and I booked a room with bunk bed which also had a private terrace. Great neighborhood with tons of walkable, excellent restaurants and Walgreens a few blocks away. Property has clean towels to bring to the beautiful beach which was a 4-5 block walk. We will stay again!

Can not recommend this place enough ! Better than a hotel. Has beach essentials for you to barrow so you don’t have to rent chairs/umbrella at the beach, as well as location being very convenient. Host was very kind and allowed us to check in early

Property was in a great location, very walkable to the beach and two different restaurants, but the floor was gritty. The bed was not comfortable with very thin sheets pillows need to be changed out. Pillows old and stained. The shower only had lukewarm water which created cold showers and would occasionally stop up in the drain. The particular room that I was placed in required you to step up from the bedroom to the bathroom and the kitchen so it was definitely not the easiest room to maneuver being pregnant

The staff was very cordial. I had to move a night table to retrieve a hair clip and I can tell that no one has cleaned the area behind the night stand for a while and there was small roach. Shower curtain needs to be replace immediately. The plastic receptacle to connect the blow dryer is broken. The room needs a fresh coat of paint; there are scuff marks on the walls. The sheets looked worn out and the comforter feels very worn out.This room needs a serious and total makeover. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Self check-in was a great feature, especially for travelers arriving at various times in the day. The property was very secure with a code to enter the property and separate code for the room. The room itself was clean with air conditioning that worked very well. Room was fitted with convenient amenities along with a small private terrace. One of the best amenities was the outdoor shower near the entrance of the property that allowed us reduce the sand tracked into our room, especially noting the shower in the room had lower water pressure. Location was good with close proximity to food options and less than 10min walk to the Ocean Park beach. Overall, a good choice for stay.

Great location, 3 blocks from the beach, great restaurants within walking distance. Room was nice and air conditioning worked well. Shared kitchen needs a deep clean. Bugs visible during the day. Device on roof of our room was loud and starts up every hour or so kept waking us up at night.

The place was great - close to beach & restaurants. Quiet area and clean. Staff was nice - got back w me within mins. Property was very nice, renovated recently seems like. The hot water was warm, not hot. Comforts of a home away from home. The only issue was the noise throughout the day and night due to water being pumped up again and again. Lasted for about 1-2 mins then stop then a few more times throughout the night. Sounded like a loud garage door opening or closing. I would stay there again.

Due to the rain, half of my room flooded, yet they only provided two towels. I assumed they would bring in proper equipment to clean the room and pump out the water, or perhaps move me to a better room—but no. A good amount of time passed without them returning, and those two towels on the floor were all they had left behind. Honestly, had I not called them—frustrated and demanding a solution—they never would have cleaned my room or resolved the issue. Furthermore, they clearly dislike it when a guest points out that something is wrong, as they tend to get angry. When they finally did come to pump out the water, they did so grudgingly—and were actually annoyed with *me* for having called them so persistently to get a resolution!

Here you get what you pay for. Our room was fine. Pillows not so good. Main problem was our room had large steps from kitchen/entry to bed and to bathroom. Not mobility friendly. I did have trouble navigating. It was close to a lovely Italian restaurant and to a beach.
