「Overall this was a great apartment in a very convenient location across from Balboa park and walking distance to a cool dog park and museums. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was awesome to be able to bring our dog. The check in process was easy. And because they own the entire building there is staff you can talk to during business hours, which is great in case of emergencies. 「The apartment itself was perfect. The check-in, check-out process was flawless. It was clean and had all the right amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The only problem was the listing had the wrong address. We didn't receive the correct address until the day before our travel.
