"Pool closed and game room closed the website said these amenities would be available 4/1/2026, I would not have booked with this Hotel if the correct information was disclosed on the website when I booked the rooms "

"We got there at 3:30 to check in, and was told there were no clean rooms available. There were several people waiting for rooms. After about 1 hour of being there, the front desk person said a room was available. We went up to the room and it was not clean, all the sheets were striped off the bed and laid in a pile on the floor with dirty towels. We sat for another hour, and finally got in our room around 5:30 & had to hurry up and get ready for the event we were there for. The cleaning staff were extremely slow, even though they knew there were several people waiting for rooms. They also didn't leave any wash clothes. T"

"Staff is the reason to stay! Every single person day or night on the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. You want easy-going on vacation, minimal hassle and they gave it. My partner is disabled and they made our stay feel smooth, with is uncommon unfortunately. They held doors, they grabbed plates, they moved lifts, took pictures, kept luggage, held my package, greeted people coming back from the game. While that may be things any hotel should do, that is not always the case. Certainly there are many places that dont do it with a smile and a no problem. I went to the pool hot tub 15mins before it closed just to jet my legs a few mins after walking all day. The staff was already cleaning, they didnt eye roll, ask me to leave early, or even bother me about it. Everything was advertised correctly in room and amenities but that is a bonus to me. Going to arch park, river, or game. This is the hotel to book."

"Convenient for the airport"

"We had a great stay at Live! We stayed Friday—Sunday on a non-game weekend. Our room overlooked the Village and on Friday night there was a DJ and music playing until midnight. This was a very cool room and a fun atmosphere; however we have a young child so it was not ideal for bedtime. Thankfully the weather was colder on Saturday night so there weren’t any festivities. It was a great atmosphere, just be aware in case you have little ones that you may want a room with less of a view. We had drinks in the hotel restaurant Saturday evening and the bartender was fun and attentive. All the staff we encountered were kind and professional. We parked in the garage but next time I would likely do valet. There are several fantastic restaurants within walking distance—excellent pizza at Katie’s & BBQ right down the street. We will be back soon!"

"Location was great and hotel newly updated. There could be improvement with communication among staff members. One front desk member told us we could check out late at 12pm and another was rude and dismissive toward us when we asked for new keys to let us in past normal check out time. This was frustrating experience and I hope the hotel can improve "
