「Martin was very helpful, welcoming, polite, friendly and jolly!!! Amazing welcome. The room was clean and was pleasantly surprised that there was hand soap, a couple of toilet rolls not just 1, shower gel, microwave, extra heater and mini fridge along with more!」
「It is on the motorway to London from Dover or channel tunnel. Very convinient as there is 24 hours cafe and shop next door. We were on the way to Legoland with 2 kids, and we found it very clean and comfortable. The service was also nice and family friendly. We will be happy to use the place again. Price is so reasonable!」
「Really liked the old fashioned feel of the property and room. There is a bit of noise from the msin road outside but I ubderstand there isn't a lot they can do about that. Would stay here again.」
「The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room 」
