「Property was brilliant but really needs a lift as having to do several trips up and down stairs with all belongings was a bit inconvenient as you have to leave your belongings unattended downstairs whilst you go back to collect the rest of your belongings 」

「I love this hotel, I stay 2-3 nights each week and the staff all know me and are super helpful and professional. In a 5 star hotel, it’s the service that sets the hotel apart and that’s so true here. Rooms wise, the facilities are gorgeous and very well designed I wish the clientele weren’t so ghetto, but the rooms are soundproofed so I don’t normally hear the partying going on. 「Beautiful property, staff helpful and attentive from check in to check out. All staff said hello when passing and asked if we needed help. Pool clean and comfortable. Lovely steam/sauna available. 「What a find. This is a place in the country and only 10 min from Leeds Castle. The pub atmosphere is we loving and traditional - what you would hope for and expect of a pub. Cozy, updated menu with vegan options. The rooms are in a separate annex. Quiet, modern but cute and stylish in the room I was in. All that’s needed. I’d recommend this place any day. 」
