"Alex and his mother have a beautiful property with macadamia nuts and fruit trees that you can eat from. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable. I wish we could have spent a little more time, as we were only there for 1 night. Would reccomend."

"Cheryl’s place is absolutely fantastic! She has thought of everything; you’ll find anything and everything you could possibly need and more. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and she made our entire stay effortless from start to finish. The swimming hole just steps from the house is truly magical and was perfect for snorkeling. Cheryl provided beach towels, snorkel gear, and boogie boards, which made enjoying the water so easy. Our family had an amazing experience, and this was easily one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. We can’t wait to come back and will absolutely stay with Cheryl again!"
"This was a lovely place to stay for our family of six (kids ranging 9-16). It is not new, but it has a lovely homey feel and was clean. We put two kids in bunk beds, one on the couch, and another on the living room bed. The living room space was comfortable for watching movies together and the dining room/lanai accommodated us well for meals. We appreciated that the location was a bit cooler (no AC needed) and secluded, making it worth the slightly longer drive to local beaches. I really appreciated that there were a variety of stocked pantry items that minimized the condiments/spices/etc that we needed to buy in town. The hosts were very kind and welcoming to both us and our children."

"Carl and Deb are amazing hosts! They're very open with communication and the check-in process was seamless! The pictures they share do not compare to the actual home and scenery! This was truly a home away from home for us. The kitchen was definitely made for staying in for amazing evening meals with a picturesque back drop! The walk-out allowed us to watch sea life from above.... from reef fish to dolphins swimming by in the morning! Mahalo C&D for everything! We will be back!!"
"I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Views are amazing!!! Location is private. House was immaculate. Kitchen had everything you need if you want to cook meals. You do need to plan your trips. It is an hour drive to get into Kona. About 40 minutes to Captain Cook"
