The staff are incredibly friendly, always greeting you as you come and go, and they speak multiple languages too. You can even self check-in using a machine if that’s more comfortable for you. "This is a great hotel! The restaurant in the hotel is very nice and the chef is amazing and searched course meals, as well as à la carte options. The staff is super friendly and it is very easy to get a late checkout or early check-in."

It is not close to major touristic areas (which might be actually good for some); however, good location for moving around with subway (there are two stations nearby). Overall, very happy with this hotel. I would book again."

"Hotel is clean. Bed is comfy and good size for two people. Room is also decent size for Tokyo. Staff are super kind and helpful. Hotel is in a quiet and convenient area but walking distance to all the fun locations. It is also right beside the subway entrance. Highly recommend. I would stay here again. "
