I stay in this hotel all the time when I visit Shinjuku. I’ll say if you get the basic room then it’s only good enough for a one night stay. The rooms aren’t big at all, but good for location. This time I stayed in the Deluxe twin room, and it was definitely a lot more spacious. One thing I don’t like is how thin the pillows are. You have to stack them together and still probably ask for more pillows from the front counter if you’re looking for more of a fluffy pillow. The property itself is very clean, but it’s close to a club so it gets kind of loud and messy right outside the property. I don’t mind it because it doesn’t quiet down later on in the night. It’s close to restaurants, a theater, family mart and 7/11 but watch out for rats running around outside. Despite this, it’s still my go-to hotel for Shinjuku.

Staffs looks new and has no information much more than me. And one of Korean staff is pretty rude. I asked something about Japan GoTo Travel but he return question my nationality instead of answer. Even I didn’t request them foreign languages. Property management should more educate their staff basic manner.

Nice comfortable room, small and modern and tasteful, but pretty much windowless (tiny opaque window directly facing a wall) - which didn't bother us much though. Quiet despite being in a lively part of town. Recommended.
