The walls and ceiling were dirty the doors were dirty...needs to be wiped down properly especially since this is such a high-end hotel, and the vents and fans are full of dust like they haven't been cleaned for years. Amazing location, quiet and safe neighborhood but easily walkable distance to Ginza, and many other popular areas of Tokyo are within 15 min metro ride. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
