CLEAN,CONVENIENT FOR SUBWAY JUST ACROSS THE ROAD.STAFF POLITE AND FRIENDLY.I HAD A DOUBLE ROOM WHICH WAS JUST BIG ENOUGH BUT THERE WAS NO WARDROBE OR SHELVES .AS I WAS STAYING FOR 11 DAYS IT WAS A NUISANCE HAVING TRAVEL CLOTHES NOT TO HAND.

Good location - 15 minute walk to main Shinjuku station and a subway right next door. The room given on check in was at the front of the hotel and very noisy so we could not sleep, we asked to change rooms and no problem they moved us to the back of the hotel. The room was very small but I believe this is standard in Tokyo.

Very convenient location, subway station just around the corner, it is a simple business hotel. My room was a very small, but has a very nice bed. Ample electrical outlet. Very small bathroom.

Would not recommend. Sirens screamed all night long making sleep difficult. Drunks urinating in the street in front of the hotel, Room was not particularly clean and the toilet seat did not fit the toilet. just awful.
