"Rooms were so clean and service excellent, the only thing was we wished the room was bigger. Will definitely book again but a bigger room. Staff were amazing every single day!"

"Best things about this hotel is the breakfast buffet and easy access to Shinagawa station where you can board Shinkansen. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops. The rooms in Annex tower high floors are decent size with views. Bathroom needs updating."

I loved that there was an underground tunnel that went to the the train station and the government building. "

Location - Nice to be tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but close enough to be able to walk there in about 15 min."
