The room was clean, quiet, and well organized. Even though it’s near the station, it felt peaceful at night and I was able to rest well. The staff were professional and efficient during check-in and check-out, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, this hotel offers great convenience and solid comfort at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Tachikawa area."

"The Hollywood Twin room was clean, but a little too small for two people to comfortably live and get dressed. Lots of squeezing past one another in the mornings. Unfortunately, the mattress was super hard and firm. Very uncomfortable for any non-Japanese sleepers. The breakfast was good with a few Western selections. I would stay at the hotel again, but select a much larger room if needing to book for two people."
