Staff were very courteous and hotel was very clean. The hotel is very quiet, but surrounding area is a bit noisey and I would recommend ear plugs at night. I would definitely stay here again.

I was so impressed with the staff’s ability to accommodate me with their English! The room was perfect for what was needed, and the location, whilst a 12 min walk from the station, it was wonderfully QUIET and restful. Would definitely recommend!

Area is a little ducked off from the night life in Tachikawa which can be perfect or slightly inconvenient depending on your desires. If you want to get drunk and have a night to remember*, maybe it's a bit of a walk for a drunk person. If you want easy access to the night life but peace and quiet, away from the trouble, it is the exact right distance for you. If you're on foot and using the train system, be prepared for a little walking. Its not too bad if you like walking medium distances. There's plenty to do and see in-between the station and hotel. I can not speak on drivers' and the experience with parking, as I was on foot for my experience.

The staff were very friendly, but the whole hotel smelled very badly of cigarettes. The smell in our room and the floor we stayed on was very bad even though we booked a non-smoking room. We only stayed for one night so it was bearable but a longer stay would have been very difficult with the constant strong smoke smell.

There was feces stuck to the inside of the toilet bowl. It is difficult to find unless opening the toilet seat cover. There was a large step at the entrance to the toilet, which made it scary to use at night. When I enterned the room, I put refrigerated foods inside the refrigerator without knowing it was turned off. I found it was off and asked the staff. There was a switch in a hard-to-find place. I think a warning plate is needed on the refrigerator door. The staff said that refrigerated foods would be fine for about 5 hours and left. I felt that his answer was careless.

カードキーが正常な状態か否かは、予約客が到着する前に確認しておきましょう。バックパック担いで最上階とフロントを往復するのは辛かった。 ホテルのせいとは言えないが、駅から遠く、しかも客引き（立ちんぼ？）がいるような歓楽街を通らないといけない。女性や家族連れには、絶対にお勧めできない。
