Apart from the rooms being pretty small (which is i suppose normal for tokyo hotels), everything else checked out well

This hotel is a great find! Very spacious and comfortable rooms and beds, decent breakfast, good location and super nice staff. The easy to use self service laundry was a plus! Certainly would stay again!

Tachikawa; a major train - subway stop, is shoppers paradise, most accessible via skywalks so not have to cross streets or traffic. There are plenty of food choices inside and out of buildings. There is even a modern sky monorail to LaLaport mall.

For a short stay on business trip, great location. Everywhere is walkable and there are multiple choices as far as restaurants. It is family friendly and lots of shopping choices.
