This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps). Excellent hotel, right next to Ginza within walking distance. There is a taxi stand and subway right outside the hotel. JR station is also 5 mins walking distance. Imperial palace and garden are two blocks away. The hotel is quiet and clean. The breakfast is western style with a great selection of fruit, salad and pastries. The hotel staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay again if visiting Tokyo.
