"The location was very nice, clean, and quiet. It was far from some of the activities but very close to a lot of subways which made it easier. The extra package is good if you are doing a lot of afternoon things or have a lot of down time."

"Concierge was very helpful in excursion planning and execution. We didn't buy breakfast option, ate as we wished in restaurant. al a carte not available at breakfast buffet, so couldn't eat with friends. Dinner options in hotel very good, plus in area that offered A LOT more"

"We stayed here for 10 days and they literally have an app on the room’s tv that displays the live status/availability of their laundry machines. Not sure if that’s a standard thing but that was super awesome. Overall an incredible value, got a lot of bang for the buck with this place. Clean rooms, helpful staff, daily house keeping, and located a block from the nearest train station. 10/10 would stay here again. Fantastic ac as well"

"The hotel was nice and clean. Conveniently located across from the Shinagawa station. The only negative was the room was a little too small considering the status level of the hotel."

"Expensive but worth the peace of mind as it’s a stop on the Airport Limousine Bus. Staff is helpful and made luggage forwarding easy. Breakfast lounge on one of the top floors was included in our stay and that was delicious. We also enjoyed the floor with panoramic views. It’s not in a particularly busy part of the city so it took about 10 min to walk to Shinjuku station every time but it was not a deal breaker for us as we are used to traveling by foot to the transit when we visit Japan."
