"I arrived at the hotel at 5am and approached the large red doors to the property. The large windows in the lobby were esthetically pleasing when checking in at the digital counter. The checking was easy using name and confirmation number. Another family was present and struggled to check in and watched my process to aid them as well. Towards the end of my check in process the computer failed to provide my keys but with a quick ring of the bell, a staff member appeared and provided assistance. Ishihara was friendly and efficient.
