This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too.
The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze.
My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...

The most amazing king size bed we’ve ever seen. 92” wide! Perfectly firm. Great views from 29 floor and up renovated rooms. Amazing shower bath and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge.

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. Perfect spot as it was close to the Shibuya sights but hidden away from the noise. Washing machine was very helpful, but make sure to have google translate on your phone so you can translate the characters via the photo feature.
FYI use the “New South Exit” from Shibuya station and it puts you within a 3 min walk from the exit to the hotel. The exit/entrance also puts you directly on platform 3/4. If not then you’ll have to walk around the station to get in (20 min vs. 10).
