"Lots of things made it an excellent stay - the hotels location, the size of the room and amazing professional staff including Waly Chacon, who made my family feel important and not just a room stay in a 800+ room hotel. He was attentive and offered to help with anything to make our stay extra special. The great quality of Waly is that he was open to any constructive feedback on an even better stay. "I stayed in the Grand King Room on the upper floors. Was so lovely to have a massive comfy bed, room to stretch out in, a great TV, free flow drinks in the bar and an excellent quiet breakfast buffet with fresh handmade food beautifully presented and served. Everything was clean, everyone was helpful and even though it's a little out of Tokyo centre, I enjoyed the peace of that and the east access to stations within walking distance. "Sad to find no indoor area for smokers, unless booking a smoking room which wouldn’t have made my partner happy, however she adores the baths. Staff super friendly. Not received an email confirmation of charges prior to being charged at checkout. Pool area fabulous. "

"I booked ahead of a group tour that was originating from this hotel to avoid having to check in/out; however they did need to switch my room after 2 days (to a smaller room), but did so very efficiently. The room I booked through Expedia was large, clean and excellent. Location was 2 blocks from the Shibuya station, where the Narita Express stops, and from which you can get anywhere in the city.
