I was very happy with this hotel. It looked fancy on the inside and was only like an 8 minute walk from the Tachikawa metro station / 5 min cab ride with luggage. Rooms made the best use of their space, had nice amenities, and I had a nice view of the Tachikawa area. Also, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby! Very walkable.

Missing Keio Plaza already, and just thinking about an excuse to return to Tokyo. I was pleasantly surprised with the service level, cleanliness, willingness to assist from all staff. Even when there were lots of guests they managed to offer personal touches during service. I praise the hotel management and commitment from all employees we came across. The best partsv were the breakfast buffet, the restaurant options and the proximity to transportation.

The most amazing king size bed we’ve ever seen. 92” wide! Perfectly firm. Great views from 29 floor and up renovated rooms. Amazing shower bath and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge.

The huge private garden (like a private park) with 3 story pagoda is incredible and the pools, onsen, sauna and hot tubs are really nice. This was once a Four Seasons Hotel and still now remains one the best classic Ritz Carlton like hotels in Tokyo.

Great view of Tokyo Japan from your room Hotel staff cleans your place 2-3 times during the day to make sure your place is well kept. Never ran out of bottle water and always filled anything that was used. Never had such amazing service like this before. Free access to gym, internet, pool, and classes. Hotel is very pricey.

This was a fantastic hotel! The location was incredible - it is walking distance to the Yamanote train line which connects you to other main attractions in Tokyo. There is also tons of great restaurants and shops in the area as well and a convenience store in the heart of the lobby making it easy to grab food, drinks or other supplies. It's a comfortable, cozy hotel. The lobby area does not feel like a big corporate hotel. They had a very nice christmas tree in the lobby with a little town and a working electric train. Lots of people were taking photos of that (as did we). The counters for check-in also seemed quite personal and friendly. The staff were helpful and nice, as are most in Japan. Amazing location in the Shibuya area and incredibly cool experience in Tokyo.
