I stayed in the Grand King Room on the upper floors. Was so lovely to have a massive comfy bed, room to stretch out in, a great TV, free flow drinks in the bar and an excellent quiet breakfast buffet with fresh handmade food beautifully presented and served. Everything was clean, everyone was helpful and even though it's a little out of Tokyo centre, I enjoyed the peace of that and the east access to stations within walking distance. I hugely recommend the nearby bonsai museum/village and the railway museum too. Again both in easy reach.

This was rated as a 3-star hotel in Japan. However, it would be a 5-star property in the USA. I have traveled all over the world, and this is one of the finest hotels I have ever visited. Exceptionally well managed, with a wonderful staff, I will definitely be back!

A very good stay at a modern and pleasant hotel. Staff are friendly and their service is good. The main issue for me was that the gym, whose management is outsourced and caters mainly to the local population, only opens at 9 am and is closed all day on Mondays. This makes it really inconvenient for business travellers that try to stay fit by working out early before the business day begins. Furthermore the gym attracts a charge of JPY 1100 that needs to be settled at entry and cannot be charged to the room

和室に宿泊しました。 小さな子連れなので洗い場のある浴室と考えたのですが、国内外色々ホテルに宿泊していますが、過去1番残念な浴室でした。 古いホテルだからという理由だけではすませられないほど赤、黒カビがすごくて、びっくり。もっとしっかり清掃してほしいです。 レストランなどは非常に満足度高いので、次宿泊する際にはリニューアルした洗い場のある洋室にしたいと思います。

室内の電球が切れて薄暗い。ソファーは古く白いシミがあった。カーペットが汚れていた。額縁が破損していた。枕が汗くさかった。天井裏を誰かがあるいているような感じがあった。無料サービスの水なのに4本目から代金を請求すると言われた。又、ボトルサイズ小さい。蛇口から美味し水を飲めるようにして欲しい。運動する事が出来ず今後は24時間使えるようにして欲しい。朝食時間帯が7時と遅く利用出来なかった6時からに変更して欲しい。しかし、窓は手垢などなく夕陽は綺麗でした。建物の見た目は期待感が増すがサービスや室内ランクは劣る。

第一次到JR新都心站，飯店離埼玉超級競技場步行約10分鐘，附近有車站、商場非常方便，搭車到澀谷、東京也不遠。飯店裝潢設計非常棒，飯店氛圍高級但不到有壓力，有機會肯定會再入住！真的讚！
