Wonderful stay at The Westin Tokyo! Spacious, comfortable room, great quiet location close to important amenities, and very hospitable staff. Beautiful, well-maintained hotel—I’d definitely return.
I had a wonderful day at this hotel, I loved how it’s connected underground to that entire entertainment center, and top of a Bisu, amazing location, and great staff and service
Our stay was an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean amd elegant. Enjoyed the New Years gathering and the lindo music.
The property is beautiful and grand with a fantastic breakfast and the most attentive staff, the only thing is we found was that is wasn’t walkable to any of the attractions or areas we wanted to visit, and the closest metro was about a 20 min walk away.
I am delighted to be staying at the Westin Tokyo. Initially, I thought I would prefer a more Japanese-style hotel. The Westin has a special flavor and is exquisite on so many levels. The rooms are impeccable, the food excellent, and, most importantly, they have outstanding Concierge services. I don't speak Japanese.
The Westin was recently remodeled, the room was outstanding. The Staff was extremely professional and prompt when responding to any request. 1st Class is the only way to rate my stay. The Westin is my favorite Hotel to stay in Tokyo
Staying here felt like being at home. While it is a large hotel with potentially many guests congregating at the same time, the layout and design made the place feel calm and relaxing. The city view was wonderful from our room and seeing so much green outside in the middle of the city was great. The neighborhood was convenient and walkable, many restaurants nearby (reservations were a bit hard to get with little notice. Neighboring Hiroo was about 20 minutes walk and had so much to offer too. Overall this was a great hotel and sanctuary in the middle of a huge and bustling Tokyo.
The Westin hotel in Tokyo was a lovely and clean hotel.
We stayed in the room 618 and we were lucky to have the view of Mount Fuji on a clear day.
The only negative comment from my side is that breakfast is very limited for westerners and every day is the same choice.
Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly.
