The hotel was nice, I just don’t think I was prepared for how small the room was going to be. The staff was super friendly and accommodating

Good location, within walking distance of transport and convenience stores. Staff at the hotel reception was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean with good amenities. We were travelling as a family of 4 including children and the room was very comfortable and spacious.

Room spotless. Staff courteous and helpful, nice sized rooms with comfortable bed, though twin size. Walking distance to action but not so bustling in area. Restaurants nearby fine however. Depends what you want I suppose.

Hachioji-Shii is an excellent place to visit For those who would like to visit a slower paced city.
It’s a bit off the beaten path for the big tourist spots, rather far from the Imperial Palace for example. But if you’re there on business, there are a lot of great restaurants and shops.
