They made my stay the best experience because they had an concerned interest in what ever situation I was talking about even when it wasn't hotel related. "The location was excellent, and the cleanliness of the hotel was quite good. The issue is the hotel is old and some maintenance is lacking. Opening the cold water faucet allowed a trickle of water to flow across the vanity and onto the floor; since the whole bathroom was a "unit bath" this didn't cause a big problem because there is a floor drain, but it shows there are minor things that need to be fixed."
