Nothing wrong with the property at all, it was just that i had tattoos and couldn't use the public hot baths or spa which is no one's fault. I knew coming in that having tattoos would be hard to find onsens and massages, so it wasn't too surprising. Great people and culture

This was no frills place to stay while in Tokyo. It was a good location close to a train station and bus stop. Highly recommended. Note you have to climb a short flight of stairs to get to the elevator.
