"Checking in was easy. The staff were helpful. I couldn’t figure out where my taxi was and one of the staff walked us outside and showed us where it was. The subway station is right there so it makes getting to other places easy. I would stay here again."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at a great location among local transport and shops. However, the room had a faint smell of smoke which you get used to after being in a room for a while, and the hotel doesn't offer laundry facilities."

"The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly overall and the front desk staff spoke English, which I by no means expect but certainly appreciate. The place was nice, clean and well maintained. It was convenient to many shops and restaurants and just z few minutes walk from Omiya station. The AC worked great! The bed was comfy. Would stay again in terms of the hotel. The area around it was certainly full of shops and restaurants but if one wished to be near the more mainstream and high end areas this is not quite like Shinjuku or Shibuya. But this was a but less hectic than those areas so that could be good!"
